Inside the Oasis is hot-spot Fire & Ice Restaurant, home of Springfield’s only ice bar. Fire & Ice is sought after by hotel guests and locals alike. The open kitchen floor plan allows patrons a view of the artistry and flare of culinary creations. The creative and diverse menu has something for everyone, and the unique atmosphere makes Fire & Ice the “go to” spot for date night, dinner with friends, and special occasions. From the same kitchen and culinary minds of Fire & Ice, Bella’s Pizzeria creates gourmet pizzas which are available for carry-out or guestroom delivery. With over 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting/convention space, the Oasis Convention Center can accommodate groups from 10-1500! The convention center features a built in stage with theatrical lighting, state of the art audio visual, drop down screens, LCD Projectors, wireless internet, and one of the areas best culinary teams making any event deliciously special. 2016 proved to be another great year for us. We were chosen out of over 800 hotels at the Wyndham Global Conference as “Quality Hotel of the Year” based on quality assurance scores, Trip Advisor rankings, and guest reviews. This prestigious award was in addition to the presentation of a “Best of the Best” award (our 6th consecutive- recognizing the property is in the top 5% of the hotel chain), and the “Innovator of the Year” award for one of our associates, which was awarded out of applications from over 8,500 hotels. We were also very excited to announce in 2016 that we received an invitation to join the Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels. Ascend, a membership of upscale independent hotels, is the top tier in the Choice Hotels brand hierarchy. The Oasis was desired for this collection due to the uniqueness of the property. This rebranding and promotion to a new upscale category is a direct reflection of the continued growth of the hotel in the last 18 years since its purchase by local owner Robert Low.
