House of Hope
Founded in 1994, House of Hope is committed to meeting the
needs and improving the quality of life for families affected by
domestic and sexual violence.
House of Hope, Inc., strives to end the cycle of violence through
strength and breadth of services focused on victims and children.
Services are provided by trained and dedicated staff and volunteers
that provide advocacy, support, shelter and community awareness
in the belief that all individuals have a right to a life free of abuse
of any kind.
Services provided include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency
shelter, outreach services in Lafayette, Ray and Carroll counties,
children’s services, emergency transportation, legal referals and
advocacy, support groups for adults, teens and children, community
awareness and education, parenting classes, Sexual Assault Nurse
Examiner program and counseling, as well as supervised visitation
and monitored exchanges of children and their non-custodial
parent(s).
Services are provided in shelter or through the House of Hope
