Debbie Schweikert
Debbie Schweikert has been the principal at
the upper elementary school for third- through
fifth-graders for 15 years,but is startingher 30th
year in the district, which includes 11 years as a
teacher and two years as assistant principal at
McQuerry. Her bachelor’s degree in elementary
education, master’s in curriculum and instruc-
tion, and specialist’s in administration are from
University of Central Missouri,Warrensburg.
Larry Hol, principal at Mary K. McQuerry
Elementary, has been in the district for 30
years.
Hol has a bachelor of science in education
in secondary social studies and elementary
education from Northeast Missouri State
University, now Truman State, Kirksville.
His master’s degree is in elementary
administration, also from Truman.

Buffie McConville is beginning her first
year as principal of Odessa High School after
serving as assistant principal for seven years.
Prior to that time, McConville served two
years as an assistant principal in the Sedalia
school district and previously as a counselor
and social worker inWarrensburg and Odessa.
McConville earned a bachelor of science
degree from the University of Missouri, St.
Louis in 1995, a master’s degree from the
University of Central Missouri,Warrensburg
in 2004 and a specialist’s degree in education
administration in 2008 from the University of
Central Missouri,Warrensburg.

Kendra Malizzi
Kendra Malizzi
Kendra Malizzi is serving her first year
as principal at Odessa Middle School after
serving as interim principal and two years as
assistant principal. Previously, Malizzi served
six years as McQuerry Elementary assistant
principal and seven years as kindergarten
teacher in the Odessa R-7 School District.
Malizzi received a bachelor’s degree in
elementary education in 2000, a master’s
degree in 2004 and a specialist’s degree
in education administration in 2008, all
from the University of Central Missouri,
Warrensburg.
