Dustin Myers, who works with Wells at marketing firm Longitude LLC, also is a development partner, along with hoteliers Stephen Chan and Erik Warner of Eagle Point Hotel Partners. Wells said a former porte cochere is being transformed into a front desk/ lobby and a co ee and wine bar, called The Storeroom, with a high ceiling, floating fireplace and garage doors that open seasonally to an outdoor gathering space. The Ozarker Lodge will have 102 rooms, including 20 bunk rooms for families and a public area called The Creekside that takes advantage of the storied Fall Creek, made famous in the 1907 novel “The Shepherd of the Hills,” that flows through the property.
