G IV I N G O P P O RT U N I T I E S Mission Statement We share God’s love through intentional relationships for the restoration of a brokenhearted world. Service Area Springfield, Missouri and surrounding communities Funding Eighty percent of Victory Mission’s funding comes from Springfield area donors, partners and friends. Victory is able to empower the community through the generosity of individuals, churches, local busi- nesses and foundations who share our belief that every life has purpose. 12-Month Goals Victory wants to continue to bring life transforma- tion to those seeking a new way of living. Victory uses intentional relationships to walk with those we serve. Victory houses a number of programs for both men and women facing crisis situations. Using case man- agement, licensed mental health care, mentorship rela- tionships and a variety of workshops/classes, Victory impacts individuals within the various programs. Victory Mission will continue to see restoration among individuals facing homelessness and extreme poverty. How People and Businesses Can Help Discover Your Impact! Tour Victory Mission and engage in conversation with Executive Director Jason Hynson about homelessness and poverty in our com- munity. See how you can help Victory use intentional relationships to transform lives.  Purchase coffee! Men from Victory programs package and distribute coffee from one of Spring- field’s premium small-batch roasters. One hundred percent of For Victory Coffee proceeds circle back to the organization, providing employment opportuni- ties and funding for Victory Mission. You can place an order at forvictorycoffee.com. Serve with us! Join the Victory team by distributing food and clothing to people facing crisis, building safe and dignified spaces for ministry, joining us for special projects to raise awareness about eradicating home- lessness and poverty, and mentoring men and women seeking restoration. Help people discover God’s plan for their lives as you encourage them to complete Vic- tory’s programs.  Host a drive! Help bring relief to those in emergency situations by collecting food, clothing, linens and toilet- ries for us to distribute through our food pantry, clothing bank and men’s shelter. Connect with Victory to host a drive within your workplace, church, school or group. Little did I know, He has a purpose and my kids deserve a Godly father. I do have purpose on this earth. - Bobby Mitchell, Restoration Program Graduate Through Victory Mission, I found hope, joy and a rela- tionship with God. - Matthew Hayes, Restoration Program Graduate I was tired of living the way I was living. Hurting every- body and I had nobody. Since I have been in Victory Mission, God has totally changed my heart, like 100%. I used to be angry and mad at the world, feel like the world owed me something. Now I feel like I owe the world something. - Noah Huskey, Restoration Program Graduate V I C TO R Y M I S S I O N A D D R E SS 1 7 1 5 N B o o nv i l l e Ave. , S p r i n g f i el d , M O 65 8 03 P H O N E 41 7- 8 6 4 -2 2 0 0 W E B S I T E www.v icto r y m i s s i o n .co m SO C IA L M E D IA facebook.com/SpringfieldVictoryMission @SpringfieldVM TOTA L N U M B E R O F EM P LOY E E S 2 2 A N N UA L R E V E N U E S $1 , 5 44 , 4 65 TO P E X EC U T I V E J a s o n H y n s o n , E xe c ut i ve D i re cto r B OA R D O F D I REC TO R S C H A I R P E R SO N : R i t a Gu r i a n B OA R D O F D I REC TO R S Brad Brotherton Rhonda Chapman Phil Costello Brandon Dake David Embree Charles Greenaway Rita Gurian Kim Hammons Brian Hammons Chris Harville Missey Hayward Craig Heidemann Susan Highley Brandon Lien Lisa Odom Joe Peck 68 2020 GIVING GUIDE SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS JOURNAL | ADVERTISING SUPPLEMENT
