Delahoussaye helps lead the retail banking operations for five branches in Springfield and Ozark. Insurance Erica Gaynor , group benefits adviser with Ollis/Akers/Arney, was named to Em- ployee Benefit Adviser’s 2020 Top Women in Benefit Advising. She was chosen as one of 20 advisers for their professional track record, as well as impact and service to the industry. Gaynor has 18 years of experience and has been an employee-owner of the company since 2005. Missouri Bankers Association appointed Karen Shannon , vice president of business consulting and chief human resources offi- cer with Ollis/Akers/Arney, to its Board of Trustees for Banking Education for a three- year term. She has 25 years of banking and human resources experience and has been an employee-owner of the company since 2012. Education Steve Grant , KY3 news anchor, was presented the first honorary doctorate of humane letters from Evangel University during the 62nd annual commencement, held virtually. A 1976 graduate, he also gave the commencement speech. Health Care The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services gave four-star ratings to Mercy Hospital Springfield and Mercy Hos- pital Lebanon . CMS grades hospitals on over 100 quality measures in seven catego- ries: mortality, safety of care, readmission, patient experience, effectiveness of care, timelines of care and effective use of medi- cal imaging. U.S. News & World Report rated Mercy Hospital Springfield as “high performing” in seven procedures and conditions: knee replacement, hip replacement, colon can- cer surgery, heart failure, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, heart bypass and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The analy- sis is based on medical outcomes such as survival, patient experience and nurse staffing. Management The Great Game of Business Inc. named 417 Magazine , Community Partners of the Ozarks , Pregnancy Care Center and Victory Mission & Ministry to the 2020 Great Game of Business All-Star Team. The companies are recognized for improving their communities and their employees’ stake in financial outcomes. Nonprofit The Kitchen Inc. added David Meyer and Vicky Whited as case managers. Mey- er, an Army veteran, earned a bachelor’s in health care management and adminis- tration from Concordia University Texas. Whited earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Central Methodist University and has experience working with homelessness, substance abuse disorders and mental dis- abilities. Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield named Sarah Cunningham as superinten- dent, effective Sept. 27, to succeed the retir- ing Ted Hillmer . Cunningham, currently acting super- intendent of the Southern Campaign of the American Revolution Parks Group in South Carolina, started her 15-year career at Wilson’s Creek as an interpretive park ranger.
