Martin has two years of experience and provides tax services to clients in a vari- ety of industries. She earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Southwest Baptist University. Banking and Finance Legacy Bank & Trust Co. hired Scott Ten- nison as senior vice president and director of guaranteed lending. He has 18 years of banking experience, most recently as vice president at Guaranty Bank. Tennison earned his bachelor’s in business management from Evangel University. Springfield First Community Bank promoted six individuals: Whitney Mor- row to executive vice president; Lisa Schuder to vice president of consumer lending; Eric Schmidt to vice president and credit department manager; Rachel West to vice president and branch and retail manager; and Ammy Annin and Rachelle Marlin to assistant vice presi- dents of commercial lending. Morrow, formerly head of the treasury management and marketing divisions, has 35 years of banking experience, and Schrud- er has worked for the bank since 2008. Schmidt formerly held the position of assistant vice president and credit depart- ment manager, while West formerly was banking center manager and has been with the bank for five years. Forbes ranked Great Southern Ban- corp Inc. and Arvest Bank among the Top 10 U.S. banks on its list of the World’s Best Banks for 2020. Great Southern placed No. 6 and Arvest No. 7, ranked on general satisfaction, trust, fees, financial advice and other attributes from 40,000 surveyed customers. Six other banks operating in the Springfield area also placed: No. 19 Simmons Bank ; No. 44 UMB Bank ; No. 47 Regions Bank ; No. 57 U.S. Bank ; No. 62 Commerce Bank ; and No. 64 BancorpSouth. Construction The Engineering News-Record ranked Nabholz Inc. No. 103 on its list of the Top 400 Contractors, up 10 spots from the pre- vious year. The national list, ranking both private and public companies, is based on revenue for services performed in the pre- vious year. Nabholz has ranked in the Top 400 every year since 1986. Government Missouri Gov. Mike Parson appointed Jo- seph Passanise to the state’s Tourism Com- mission. The five-member group meets quarterly to advise on state tourism promotion, job creation and economic development. Pas- sanise is managing partner with the Law Offices of Dee Wampler and Joseph Pas- sanise PC. Health Care CoxHealth’s Bone Density Clinic re- ceived accreditation from the International Society of Bone Densitometry. It is one of 42 sites nationwide with the accreditation. Integrity Home Care LLC added Megan DiVito as director of communications and marketing. She most recently worked in mar- keting for 417 Magazine and BigPxl LLC. Di- Vito earned her bachelor’s in English from the University of Iowa. Nonprofit Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks hired Meagan Walkenhorst as program director. She coordinates the client assis- tance program offering nonmedical finan- cial assistance to patients going through breast cancer treatment and handles the free screening mammogram program. Walkenhorst has 10 years of nursing expe- rience, most recently as director of telehealth at CoxHealth at Home. The Developmental Center of the Ozarks selected Marisa DeClue as ex- ecutive director to succeed the retiring Allan McKelvy. DeClue has worked with DCO for 11 years as the development and public relations director.
