Kansas Ex- pressway. The fabrication shop was in 7,000 square feet on Paragon 360’s campus directly behind its new home. It replaced Red Racks Thrift Store, which moved in Feb- ruary to the former King Cash Saver building at 1707 W. Battlefield Road. Donnie Brawner , co-owner of Paragon 360 and Paragon Fabri- cation, said the company invested $450,000 on the building’s infill and new equipment, such as welding stations. Paragon Fabrication cre- ates interior architecture elements through the use of aluminum and woodwork, sculpting and paint- ing. With much work for churches, hotels and retailers, it also installs wall-mounted lights and partition walls on job sites. The company signed a five-year lease with an option to buy the building from Warren Davis Properties, Brawner said, declining to disclose financial terms. Paragon 360 owns the two other buildings on its campus.
