The award highlights work ad- dressing larger issues within architecture, landscape and the built environment. Banking and Finance Central Bank of the Ozarks add- ed Leah Reed as mortgage loan officer and Shawn Keys as vice president-loan officer. The bank also promoted Kelsey Payne to banking center manager at the South Glenstone Avenue branch. Reed has 15 years of experience in the real estate and lending in- dustry. With 27 years of industry experience, Keys is responsible for business development and commercial and consum- er lending. Payne brings eight years of expe- rience and is responsible for the daily tasks of the branch. Guaranty Bank promoted David Shelton to assistant vice president/ infrastructure manager in the in- formation systems department. Shelton, formerly IT manager, re- joined the bank in 2017. Ron Penney, private wealth ad- viser with Penney, Murray & Asso- ciates, qualified for the company’s Circle of Success Annual program. He has 37 years of experience. Education Springfield Public Schools named Jason Steingraber as principal of Pershing K-8, effective July 1. The current principal of Wilder Elementary School, Steingraber has 22 years of experience with SPS and suc- ceeds Ryan Savage at Pershing. Entertainment Silver Dollar City Attractions hired Ange- la Davis as marketing director of sales and Cole Estes as marketing director of spon- sorships and promotions. Davis has 20 years of hospitality experience with Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center. She oversees all sales and group operations at Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle and White Water. Estes most recently served as se- nior vice president of programming for iHeartMedia Inc. in Springfield and now works on Silver Dollar City, White Water, Showboat Bran- son Belle and Silver Dollar City Campground. Municipal Nixa was ranked the 10th safest Missouri city by the National Council for Home Safe- ty and Security. The rankings are compiled using FBI Uniform Crime Report statistics of cities with populations over 10,000 and local law enforcement data. Nonprofit The Kitchen Inc. hired Stacy Harsh- berger as director of accounts. She has a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in organizational leadership from Evangel University. The Pediatric Brain Foundation named Amber Riddle to its board of directors. Riddle is the chief financial officer of pre- school and early child care centers Little Sunshine’s Enterprises Inc. Lost & Found Grief Center added Lisa Hallam as chief op- erating officer, Shannon Nagy as database manager and Ethan Potter as program coordinator. Hallam has 30 years of health care experience, most recently as nursing director for Mercy Hos- pital Springfield’s emergency department. Nagy has worked as an office manager and two decades as a community volunteer. Potter joined Lost & Found in May 2019 as a part-time co- ordinator. Technology Pearson-Kelly Technology promoted Lee Flood to executive vice president from director of sales. He joined the company in 2014 as an account manager.
