Banking and Finance Mid-Missouri Bank hired Peter Ostap- ko as vice president and commercial lender working out of the Sunshine Street branch. He has 10 years of experience in banking, most recently with Arvest Bank. Guaranty Bank named Jason Poe and Jesse Lomax as retail banking officers. Poe joined the bank in 2017 as a mortgage lend- ing officer and began his banking career in 2005 as a special asset officer for Commu- nity Bank & Trust in Neosho. Lomax had 13 years of experience at Equity Bank before joining Guaranty Bank. Education Drury appointed Kimbrea Browning as executive vice president of enrollment management and operations for adult and online education. She provides strategic leadership in recruitment, the student ex- perience and day-to-day operations for evening and online programs in the College of Continuing Professional Studies. Brown- ing has 15 years of higher education enroll- ment services experience, most recently at Union Institute & University in Cincinnati. Engineering Toth and Associates Inc. Vice President Adam Toth was promoted to president, succeeding his father, Lou Toth. Adam Toth, who has an electrical engineering degree from University of Missouri and an MBA from Missouri State University, has worked at the company since its 2003 founding. Lou Toth remains as a practicing professional engineer and chairman of the board. Hospitality The Order at Hotel Vandivort promoted Caleb Stangroom to head chef. He joined the staff in August 2017 and was promoted to sous chef the following year. Stangroom also was co-owner and chef of pop-up con- cept Element. Insurance Piatchek & Associates Services Direc- tor Shawn Gallagher earned his Missouri life insurance producer license through the Missouri Department of Insurance. He as- sists clients with retirement analyses and planning, among other services. Manufacturing Leggett & Platt Inc. promoted Susan McCoy to senior vice president of investor relations. She started with the company in 1986 and joined the investor relations department in 2002 as director. McCoy recently received a top ranking from Insti- tutional Investor as Best Investor Relations Professional on its 2019 Midcap All-Ameri- ca Executive Team. Municipal The Missouri Public Transit Association elected City Utilities Transit Director Matt Crawford to its board of directors for a two-year term. He has 20 years of experi- ence with CU, serving as a customer service representative, information technology specialist and transportation planner be- fore being named director in December 2018. Recreation The Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center in Branson re- ceived the AAA Four Diamond rating for the 21st consecutive year. AAA’s appraisal system relies on unan- nounced and anonymous on-site evalu- ations, where inspectors assess comfort, hospitality, cleanliness and the extensive- ness of services and amenities.
