Wings Etc. takes the place of Bob Evans March 20— The Twisted Mike’s food truck has closed after three and a half years, the company announced in a March 1 Facebook post. Michael Easley operated the food truck at the SGF Mobile Food Park, 836 N. Glenstone Ave., and at events. “We have had a blast. After a lot of thought and consideration, I have decided to close the truck,” Easley wrote in the post. “You will continue to see us on social media, TV and radio, so please stay tuned and see what’s next. (Sorry, no brick and mortar).” Known for its brisket tacos and “crack” fries, among other menu items designed to be comfort foods with a twist, Twisted Mike’s opened in September 2015.
