Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, interior courtyards and covered parking. Team C Construction LLC is the project’s general contractor, and engineering work is by CEI Engineering Associates Inc. (Bentonville, Arkansas), civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion by December. Nixa Public Schools Performing Arts Center is one of several projects the district is asking voters to consider supporting on April’s ballot. With fine arts being one of the school district’s priorities, officials say a new 1,000-seat auditorium would provide students a professional theatrical space and double the capacity of the current auditorium. The facility would be built on the northeast corner of the high school campus. The project also would include renovating the current auditorium to allow for expansion of the band and choir programs.
