The 2,200-square-foot urgent care center filled the last avail- able space in Sidewalk Plaza, join- ing neighbors Eat Fit Go Healthy Foods, Pita Pit, Jimmy John’s and Cricket Wireless. The lease terms with Raga Properties LLC were not disclosed in a news release. Mercy has partnered with Atlanta- based GoHealth Urgent Care, an affiliate of Access Clinical Partners LLC, for clinics at 900 E. Battle- field Road in Battlefield Market Place and 2150 W. Republic Road in Magers Crossing. GoHealth Urgent Care provides clerical and support staff and creates the physical space for the centers, and Mercy appoints the health care providers and nurse practitioners. It is Branson Bank’s fourth full-service branch. Terms of the deal with Jefferson City- based Hawthorn Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: HWBK) were not dis- closed. The purchase plan was an- nounced in October 2018, through which Branson Bank took control of roughly $15 million in depos- its via 900 accounts. Bill Jones is president of Branson Bank, which operates two additional branches in Branson, and one in Forsyth. It also operates a lending center in Branson West. Branson Bank has roughly $210 million in as- sets, according to bank officials. Its deposits were $175.2 million as of June 30, 2018, according to Fed- eral Deposit Insurance Corp. data. Alliance Ave., near the entrance of Part- nership Industrial Center West. President Luke Kuschmeader said the international, bike rack company, which employs 29 local- ly, more than tripled its operations size from its former home nearby on West Kearney Street. Parent company Kuat Innovations LLC, which started in 2008, formerly leased space from Rich Kramer Construction Inc., which was gen- eral contractor for the new build- ing. Arkifex Studios LLC served as architects, incorporating bike racks indoors for employees’ use and room for future expansion, Kuschmeader said. Production work for Kuat is done in China and Taiwan, while design, marketing, warehousing and wholesale logis- tics are handled locally, he said.
