Aldermen & City Administrator
Steven Craig
was appointed city administrator for Oak Grove in February of 2009. Prior to his position
with Oak Grove, Craig served as the city administrator for the city of Camdenton. He also served as the
assistant administrator and economic development director for Camdenton. Before that, Craig worked
as the economic development director for Cabool, in the south-central part of the state. He is a member
of the International City Managers Association and the Missouri City Managers Association.
Craig earned a bachelor of science degree in political science and a master’s degree in public
administration from Missouri State University, Springfield. Craig is a lifelong Missouri resident and
lives in Oak Grove with his wife, Erin and daughter, Vivien.
Jim Shrout,
alderman ward three, is a
lifelong resident of Oak Grove and graduate
of Oak Grove High School.
He began his service to the city by filling out
the unexpired term of the late Mike Johnston,
and was then elected alderman in 2010. He
has since been re-elected three times.
Shrout has worked in the automotive field
most of his life and is employed at O’Reilly
Auto Parts.
He lives in Oak Grove with wife, Jill.

Amanda Shull, DVM
Dana Webb,
alderwoman ward three,
was appointed to fill the late Mike Baxter’s
seat in October 2016 and was elected to
the board in April 2017. Today, Dana is one
of the few remaining of the Webb family,
founders of Oak Grove.
Dana’s attended Grain Valley schools,
graduating in 1983. She work as the office
manager for Ashlar Homes.
Dana has two children, both of whom
graduated from Oak Grove High School, Brit-
ney Grittman Davis and Chad Grittman.
